Serving Adams County
Local help for mold and moisture problems.
Homes across Adams County range from older properties and farmhouses to newer construction, finished basements, rural homes, and compact residential developments. Mold can occur in any of them when moisture remains where it should not. We help property owners investigate and remediate mold associated with leaks, humidity, condensation, seepage, and water damage.
Our work may involve living spaces, attics, basements, crawl spaces, utility areas, or other affected parts of a building. Call (223) 747-0235 when you need help understanding the next practical step.
Adams County has 13 boroughs, 21 townships and 13 census-designated places, and Gettysburg is the county seat. The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's public register lists 564 active home improvement contractor registrations across the county. Only five of those declare remediation and restoration as a type of work, and not one registered contractor in Adams County has the word mold in its business name. That is worth knowing before you start calling around.
One thing worth knowing anywhere in Pennsylvania: the Commonwealth does not license or certify mold remediation. There is no state board and no state exposure standard for mold in indoor air. The Pennsylvania Department of Health says as much in its own guidance, and it also sets out where the line sits for doing it yourself, roughly ten square feet if nobody in the home has asthma, COPD, a pregnancy or another health concern. Above that, or if anyone does, it advises bringing in a contractor.

We serve communities throughout Adams County as a mobile service-area business.
We consider why mold developed as well as what materials need remediation.
