We do not employ remediation crews, so there are no technician jobs here. What we do need is contractors. If you hold a current Pennsylvania home improvement contractor registration and you do mold remediation, moisture diagnostics, or water damage work anywhere in Adams County, we would like to hear from you.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing mold remediation properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in mold remediation or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Qualifications
- A current Pennsylvania home improvement contractor registration, in the form PA123456
- You actually do remediation, not just demolition and replacement
- You establish the moisture source before quoting the removal
- You carry your own insurance and your own warranty
- You cover some identifiable part of Adams County reliably

Moisture and Building Diagnostics
Some jobs need the water found before anyone talks about remediation. If you do moisture diagnostics, thermal imaging, or building envelope investigation, that is useful to us on its own.

- Experience with older stone and masonry foundations as well as modern construction
- Comfortable saying a property does not need remediation when it does not
